These policies explain current Written Worlds service, privacy, author-submission, book-discovery, and external-retailer practices. Each policy is limited to features that are active or available by reviewed inquiry.
Current status: The Terms of Use are effective July 19, 2026, the Refund Policy is effective July 19, 2026, and the remaining policies are effective July 20, 2026. Required acknowledgments are presented before applicable forms or secure checkout.
Ownership language to preserve: Clients and authors retain ownership of approved manuscripts, files, and submitted creative materials, subject to full payment and any separately disclosed third-party license restrictions.
