Book information is being prepared and has not been submitted for review.

Submitted

The author has submitted the spotlight or marketing request.

Under Review

Written Worlds is checking fit, rights confirmation, required files, and presentation readiness.

Approved

The request is approved for the next quoted or production step.

Rejected

The request is declined because it is incomplete, unsuitable, unclear, or not approved for placement.

Published

The approved spotlight or promotional placement is live or delivered.

Paused

The placement or project is temporarily held for correction, owner decision, or author request.

Expired

The placement period or promotional window has ended.
